We intend to highlight the patterns in the obligatorycontribution to vocational training from the part of enterprises and how is it affected by the law modifications. Our results are based on a representative survey withmore than 1000 enterprises and on more dozens of in-depth interviews with representatives of enterprises or educational institutions.
