Funded by the European Commission, an online survey is conducted among EU Members States. The survey aims to gather information from company owners, entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs/company founders on the use of digital tools and technologies in company law related procedures.

The study based on the survey information will be composed in order to modernise, rationalise and facilitate the interaction between companies and public authorities.
